James Holland

James holds a BSc in Environmental Science from University College Cork (UCC) and an MSc in Environmental Policy from University College Dublin (UCD). James has experience in environmental health and safety, with expertise in implementing and managing ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. Additionally, he has worked as an Agricultural Social Researcher, where he contributed to advancing the EU Farm-to-Fork Pathway programme.

James’ passion for sustainability is rooted in his childhood in water-stressed Australia, where he became acutely aware of environmental crises and the importance of individual and collective action. His particular areas of interest include climate science and freshwater management, fields he is deeply committed to advancing.
