Laura is an Industrial Engineer holding a Master’s degree in Project Management, specialised in climate change, sustainability, circular economy, and life cycle approach and sustainable business models, with more than 15 years in these fields. Her focus is on enhancing both profitability and sustainability within businesses. She is an experienced consultant, trainer, qualified auditor and validator/verifier for standards like ISO 14064-1, GHG Protocol, ISO 14064-3, ISO 14067, ISO 14044, ISO 14068-1, IWA 42, PAS 2060, among others.
Laura has prior advisory experience for the UN in Latin America and The Caribbean. She has also participated as project leader and expert in ISO technical committees to develop standards as ISO 14068-1 Transition to Net Zero – Carbon Neutrality, ISO 14068 Net Zero Pathways and IWA.
Laura is recognised as a prominent leader in the field of sustainability for her contributions to the advancement of environmental standards and sustainability practices on both a regional and global scale.
