Manuel Gonzalez

Manuel is an Industrial Engineer with over 22 years of expertise in environmental management, climate change, and sustainability.

Holding an Executive Master’s in Environmental Management, and with his experience as a Lead Validator / Verifier, he has developed profound management, mitigation, environmental footprints and sustainability strategies. This is proven by his extensive work on developing, implementing, and analysing methodologies, standards, and systems.

Manuel has demonstrated his expertise in numerous ISO standards, including ISO 14064-1, ISO 14064-2, ISO 14064-3, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14067, ISO 14044, ISO 14046, ISO 17029 and ISO 14065 among others.

Manuel is currently participating as an expert in the ISO committee that is developing the ISO 14068 Net Zero Pathways.

His achievements also include the creation of the first GHG Verification Unit in the Latin America region and performing over 15 years of conformity assessments across various sectors.
