Kore Insulation Validated Net Zero Pathway 2021

Validated Net Zero Pathway

Kore Insulation engaged with our team to validate its Net Zero Pathway at the Kilnaleck facility. KORE Insulation was responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a data management system relevant to the preparation and fair submission of a Net Zero Pathway statement free of material misdeclarations. This thorough validation ensured Kore’s inventory was accurate and aligned with industry standards, enabling effective carbon management.

Validated Net Zero Pathway

The validated Net Zero Pathway aligns with a science-based approach and outlines KORE Insulation’s strategy to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2050.

Base Year: 2021.

See here for details of the verification of the base year 2021 inventory.  Emissions from refrigerants, fire extinguishers, lubricants in vehicles and plant equipment, and pentane process emissions were excluded from the original base year because they are less than the 3% and pentane was excluded because it is not mandated.
